STAR 1

To be eligible for our STAR1 Program the skater must be assessed by one of our professional coaches.  Upon their recommendation, the skater may then register for this session. Please email the Club to arrange for an assessment.

Program Description:

Skaters will be introduced to jumps, spins, edges, footwork, dances and skills.  We maintain small classes to allow for individual attention.  Two sessions a week are recommended consisting of on-ice lessons and off-ice enrichment.  STAR 1 off-ice includes flexibility training, stretching, body awareness and conditioning exercises.  Precise muscle area workouts are designed to enhance personal development in figure skating.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our regular operations have changed. Please read the notes below and thank you for your patience as we work together to keep skating a fun and safe activity.
